1 General Introduction & Eligibility

By using the crikya website or mobile app, you are automatically deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between crikya and the user.

Result Announcement

After a match or event concludes, crikya verifies the result through official and internationally recognised sources before crediting winnings to your account. Results are typically finalised within 30 minutes of the event ending.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

Crikya operates an advanced fraud detection system that automatically identifies suspicious activity. If fraud is confirmed, all balances in the associated account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Crikya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances.

Reason for Suspension

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Reason for Permanent Closure
